Talking twos

I love listening to Jordyn, my 2 1/2 year old talk. She tries to talk like a big kid, but in her cute little girl raspy voice. She loves "L" if a word has a "L" sound in it she makes sure she makes that sound.
The other day she was trying to say remember and it can out as "memember". I really wish I had tape recordings of all my kids talking at this age. Because Alexis pretty much says everything right these days. She was looking at something yesterday and I hear her say, "that's interesting" That just sounded like too big of a word to come out of a little 3 year old.
When carter was little he use to call strawberry milk "kiya" and a trampoline was a "patcholine" And Pinochio was "picanochio". I wish there was more I could remember. I am going to try to be better about writing this random things.

The sell continues, but we own some dirt now

Last week we had someone offer on our house it was cool, but not, because they offered $20,000 less than we were asking. We counter offered and they couldn't afford it. Then a few days later they can back with another offer because they had borrowed some money and this time it was a good offer so we accepted. We were under contract and set to be out of our house by March 25. Well that sell fell through because the people found out they were not going to qualify for the first time home buyer tax credit so we are back on the market. We had 2 showings the last 2 days and have 2 more Friday and Saturday. My house has never looked this good for this long and it is really wearing me out. I only have four to six more months that I have to keep doing this and then I can take my house off the market and hang out here for 2 to 3 more years at the most, unless I really get anxious to start building my new home. Why do I say that you ask? Well as of yesterday we are under contract to own a lot in West Jordan. We put an offer in last week. They counter offered on Monday and we accepted the offer yesterday and gave them our ernest money today. We are very excited!!

Taylor- 6 months

I went and got Taylor's 6 month pictures taken this week and I thought they turned out very cute. Here are a few of the ones I liked.

This one is very fitting because this is the stage of life she is at. She has just recently started sitting for longer than a minute all on her own.

I thought I would put a hat on her to hide her bald head and because I made this for her. I'm really into crocheting hats right now. It was fun watching her get these taken. It was like she was in a big pink fluffy cloud. And then she would try to eat it.

I think B&W and Sepia pictures are fun.I think she is so adorable and I just love the pop of color of the big flower on her head. And I love the naked baby pictures. She getting to the age were I won't be able to do them anymore.

Taylor

I know it might be had to believe it but this is Taylor. She had lost all her dark curly hair. It makes us kind of sad, but we still love her more than ever. She is so sweet and loving and such a good baby. She is a rolling pro and tries to do sit ups all the time it is pretty funny to watch. She has starting sitting on her own for short periods of time. She can sit up for a while if you hold her feet, she has abs of steel.

Taylor is growing so fast. I have a hard time believeing she is already 6 months old.
